Helping Believers Transform Their Communities.
Mission Driven Church exists to equip believers with the spiritual foundation, leadership training, practical tools, and Christ-centered community they need to impact where they live, work, and serve.
Faith is not meant to stay inside a building.
It is meant to transform the world.
why mission driven church?
We Are Church Done Differently.
Mission Driven Church is raising and equipping believers who refuse to sit on the sidelines—Christians who want to grow deep in faith, lead with courage, and bring real transformation to their communities.
Something Is Missing in Modern Christianity...
Millions of believers attend church every week.
They love God.
They believe the Bible.
They want their lives to matter.
But many quietly wonder the same thing:
“Is this really what following Jesus is supposed to look like?”
Church has often become something we attend…
Instead of a mission we live.
The early Church looked different.
They prayed together.
They served together.
They discipled one another.
They brought hope into broken communities.
Their faith didn’t stay inside buildings.
It transformed the world around them.
Somewhere along the way, many believers lost that model.
Mission Driven Church exists to help restore it.
We Offer A Different Way To Live Your Faith.
What if church didn’t just encourage your faith…
What if it equipped your calling?
What if you had a community that strengthened you spiritually…
And also helped you become a leader, a mentor, a servant, and a light in your community?
Mission Driven Church exists to equip believers to move from passive faith to active mission.
Not spectators.
Builders.
Not consumers.
Disciples.
Not attendance.
Impact.
why mission driven church exists

In Loving Memory Of Kenneth Irby, Founding Pastor & Ordained Minister

Bridget Irby, Senior Pastor
Mission Driven Church wasn’t created because the world needed another church website or another livestream.
It was created because something deeper became painfully clear.
In one of the hardest seasons of our lives—when support should have been strongest—we experienced firsthand how isolating faith can feel when believers are not truly walking alongside one another.
Yet in that same season, faithful people stepped in.
They prayed.
They encouraged.
They showed up.
They demonstrated what the Church was always meant to be.
Not a place people simply attend.
But a people who live the Gospel together.
That experience sparked a realization:
The Church should not only gather believers.
It should equip them to live on mission.
Mission Driven Church was built to help believers grow stronger spiritually, develop as leaders, and bring the love of Christ into the communities around them.
the mission driven christian
"Mission Driven Church is not for everyone. It is for believers who know deep down that they were created for more. It is for the believers who choose to live out their faith, move beyond motivational speeches, and show the world what the love of Christ looks like."

Bridget Irby
Senior Pastor
mission driven christians believe:
We believe in one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who reveals Himself through the Bible.
We believe faith should shape how we live, that leadership is service, and that discipleship multiplies.
We believe community matters and that the Gospel should impact the real world that lives outside of church walls.
mission driven christians are:
Parents raising children with faith and courage.
Entrepreneurs who want to lead with integrity.
Mentors helping others grow.
Teachers shaping the next generation.
Believers who care deeply about their communities.
We are not perfect. Yet, we are willing to say: "Lord, use me."
Everything begins with a strong foundation in Christ.
Through biblical teaching, prayer, and discipleship, believers grow deeper in truth and develop a faith that can sustain them through every season of life.
God calls ordinary people to influence the world around them.
Mission Driven Church helps believers grow in wisdom, courage, and leadership so they can serve faithfully in their homes, workplaces, ministries, and communities.
Faith was never meant to be lived alone.
Mission Driven Church creates spaces where believers encourage one another, pray together, and grow stronger in their walk with Christ.
When believers grow spiritually and lead faithfully, communities change.
Mission Driven Church equips believers to serve others, disciple people, and bring hope into the places God has called them.
THe heartbeat of mission driven church is something we call...
Mission Circles.
Mission Circles are small communities where believers gather regularly to grow in faith, encourage one another, and learn how to live out their mission in everyday life.
Inside a Mission Circle you will find:
• prayer
• discipleship
• encouragement
• accountability
• leadership development
• meaningful relationships
This is where faith becomes personal.
And where believers discover they are not walking alone.
